Online Check-in and Room Access at Hotel Leeuwerik
Step 1: Prepare for Arrival
• Receiving the Preparation Email:
o You will receive an email from Hotel Leeuwerik to prepare for your stay. This email indicates that you can complete your online check-in via a provided link.
o Click on the “Online Check-in” button to start the check-in process.
o You will also find information on ordering breakfast and contacting the breakfast service.
Step 2: Fill in Personal Information
• Completing the Check-in Form:
o After clicking the check-in link, you will be asked to fill in your personal information in an online form.
o Fill in your first name, last name, email address, address, phone number, and other required details.
Important: Make sure to enter the correct email address and phone number for further communication.
Step 3: Receive Your Room Key
• Confirmation Email for Your Room:
o After successfully completing the online check-in, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your room is ready.
o In this email, you will find a button to access your digital room key.
Step 4: Using the Digital Key
• Access Your Room via Mobile Key:
o When you click on the “Access to your keys” button in the email, you will be redirected to a page where you can use your digital room key.
o You will see two buttons: one for access to the main entrance and one for access to your room. Click the relevant button to open the door.
o You can also share the key with other guests if needed.
